Atlanta natives Steve Arroll and Stoney Green have more than 30 years each in the Oriental rug industry. Both began their careers at popular Buckhead area rug boutiques as buyers and managers. There, they cultivated their passion for rugs and customer service excellence and were able to connect with virtually every major rug line as well as providers of one-of-a-kind antiques and semi-antiques. They learned rug types, weaving and dyeing methods, and the history and origin of fine textiles.
Steve and Stoney made a natural progression into cleaning and restoration of area rugs after discovering an underserved market. Companies that claimed to clean and care for area rugs were ineffective. Cleaning area rugs versus wall-to-wall carpeting is a very different process.
